Our annual AGM’s which are normally held last weekend in June continues to wax strong. It is a period where old memories are rekindled, and a great time is had by old boys some of whom never met in Igbobi College but as the school song says “All are one in the Lord”.

The program also offers support to the recruitment of part-time teachers to help students during after school prep hours. Monetary awards between N50,000 and N100,000 totaling about N1,000,000 was awarded this pilot year.

Commenting on the program, Former ICOBANA Chairman, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, commented that emphasis on the awards is placed on math and English, that both subjects will have the highest possible financial awards. Other subjects include, Biology, Civics and Government
